The
Network
has been established to offer services, guidance, reference,
a discussion forum and mutual support to those interested
in the whole area of Change Management, in whatever form
that may take. - It may be individual, organisational, social,
or political or even something more ethereal!
Our expectation is that we will principally be concerned
with change within an organisational setting. We want this
site to be a venue for the confidential exchange of ideas,
tools, techniques, best practice, and a discussion forum
where members can, confidentially of course, raise some
of the issues that they face with other members and seek
other input.
How well this section works will depend very much on the
members and we encourage all input and suggestion on what
you would like to see here.

Some
of you may already be experts within this field, and we
welcome your input.
Some of you may be actively dealing with change in whatever
form within your own organisation, and we look forward to
hearing some of your successes, trials, tribulations, and
even failures from which we can all learn.
Some of you may have no particular organisational agenda
at the moment but be keen to learn and maintain an awareness
of, hopefully, best practice, or at least know what other
individuals and organisations are doing outside of your
own daily sphere of influence.
We anticipate a wide church and hopefully we all share a
common fascination for the whole practice of change management,
and a keenness to further develop best practice
